What I did find was Citebite. http://citebite.com/
- Highlight text in a blog post.
- Copy and paste to the text block in Citebite.
- Copy and paste the url for the blog where indicated.
- Click the button "Make Citebite".
- Copy the result, a new url created by Citebite.
- Paste the new url in the body of the post you are working on, or create a new sidebar link and paste it there.
Citebite works like tinyurl, except you can use Citebite to point to a specific quote.

Did you know if you highlight the text you want to make a link in blogger, then click on the add a link icon, paste the link in the box that pops up (and save it, I think)the words you highlight will become a live link and you won't have to have the link address actually show up in your post?
I'll try it.
